Delivery Time: Most Belgian orders will arrive within 5 working days. However, during busy periods such as holidays, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Note: Delays can occur during peak times, such as holiday periods or promotional events.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Kaye Outhwaite is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or any fees imposed by customs in your country.
Refunds and Returns
Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is customised, perishable or digital. Add the required withdrawal form and any related terms and conditions.
Returns are allowed on physical items that are not physical or perishable within 14 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
Digital items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges on my website because of the nature of these items.
Once you have completed the returns request form, please allow up to 2 working days for me to contact you. Hopefully I can resolve the issue with your order right away, if not and if eligible, you will be provided with the instructions for returning items.
Once your item is returned in its original condition, the item cost at time of purchase will be refunded.
Shipping costs are excluded from refunds. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Any items returned damaged may no longer be eligible for refund.
